Prof. Dr. Taner YUCEL, President of Turkish Dental Association was in Tunis between the dates of 15-18 November 2012 for the international congress held by the Tunisian Free Dentists' Union (STMDLP) with the theme of "Developing Dentistry".
The international congress of the Tunisian Free Dentists' Union (STMDLP) was held between the dates of 16-17 November 2012 whose works started on Friday in Tunis with the participation of Tunisian and foreign lecturers and representatives of the Arab Dentists' Union.
There was also the Annual Meeting of Tunisian Dentists' Union and with the participation of the countries some of which are Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Yemen, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania and Tunisia, some minutes were taken.

The Minutes of the International Congress of the Tunisian Free Dentists' Union (STMDLP)
We, the representatives of the Dental Associations of the countries of Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Yemen, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania and Tunisia, gathered at the international scientific congress held by the STMDLP on Saturday, November 17, 2012 and the minutes written below were taken:
- In order to work in an explicit, systematic and strategic way The Dental Associations must build bridges among themselves.
- There must be formed a platform among the countries of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania
- We urge you to constitute a “Dental Association” in Algeria.
- We urge other Arab Countries to join in our collaboration.
- There must be built good relationships with The Collaboration Platform of Dental Associations of Neighbouring Countries of Turkish Republic.
-There must be given endless support, both moral and material, to the Palestinian people.
